1.- Right of information

We inform you that the website https://dedgesecurity.com/ (hereinafter as the "Platform") is owned by DEDGE SECURITY S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "DEDGE SECURITY").

Access and/or use of the Platform gives you the status of user, and accept, from such access and/or use, this Legal Notice.

2.- Use of the Platform

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Platform. The platform can provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, videos, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter referred to as the "Content"), belonging to DEDGE SECURITY or third parties to which the user can have access.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Content and services offered through the Platform and, including but not limited to, not to use them for:

(i) Engage in illegal activities, or contrary to good faith and public order.

(ii) Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the DEDGE SECURITY Platform, its suppliers or third parties.

(iii) Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.

(v) Reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the Contents, unless authorized by DEDGE SECURITY.

(vi) Deleting, hiding or manipulating the Contents subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other data identifying such rights of DEDGE SECURITY or third parties incorporated into the Contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the Contents.

DEDGE SECURITY warns that the materials contained in this Platform have been included for only information purposes and are therefore insufficient for making decisions or assuming positions in a specific case.

The User must bear in mind that the materials contained in this Platform may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential status on the issues analyzed. Also, these materials can be modified, developed, or updated without notice.

DEDGE SECURITY shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conduct in accordance with the law, as well as to collaborate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.

DEDGE SECURITY may temporarily suspend access to the Platform without prior notice for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement purposes. However, whenever circumstances allow it, DEDGE SECURITY will inform the User, with sufficient notice, of the date foreseen for the suspension of the services. 3.- Intellectual Property

Any and all intellectual property rights over the content and graphic design of this Platform (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, videos, software or text; brands or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of DEDGE SECURITY or a third party that DEDGE SECURITY has authorized its use. Therefore, DEDGE SECURITY has the exclusive right to exploit such contents and graphic design.

Therefore, by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12th April, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and the Law 17/2001, of 7th December, on Trademarks, as well as any other complementary legislation on intellectual property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution or public communication, including the making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the content of the Platform, is prohibited, except with the prior express authorization of DEDGE SECURITY.

DEDGE SECURITY does not grant any license or authorization to use any of its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Platform and/or its services or content.

The User agrees to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by DEDGE SECURITY. In this sense, the reproduction and temporary storage of the contents of the Platform is allowed as long as it is strictly necessary for the use and display of the Platform from a computer/Tablet or cell phone.

The legitimacy of intellectual or industrial property rights on the content provided by users is the sole responsibility of them, who will respond to any claims from third parties arising from the illegal use of the contents of the Platform.

5.- Liability and Warranties

However, DEDGE SECURITY cannot be held responsible for:

(i) the lack of continuity and availability of the Content and Services;

(ii) the presence of errors in such Content or failure to correct defects that may exist;

(iii) the truthfulness, integrity or updating of the data provided by the Users;

(iv) the interruption of the operation of the Platform or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines, data centers, the Internet system or other electronic systems, produced in the course of its operation;

(v) the presence of viruses or other harmful components; and

(vi) any damage caused by third parties that infringe or violate DEDGE SECURITY security systems.

DEDGE SECURITY is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Platform.

This Legal Notice shall be in force indefinitely, and DEDGE SECURITY may make changes to the conditions specified in it, which shall come into force from the time of its publication.

DEDGE SECURITY may delete, add, or change both the Contents and the services it provides, as well as the way in which they are located or presented. The conditions published at the time the User accesses the DEDGE SECURITY Platform are understood to be in force.

Access and / or use of the Platform shall be understood as acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and its conditions and, where appropriate, any changes made to them.

DEDGE SECURITY does not assume any responsibility for links of other third parties’ applications or websites that may exist on the DEDGE SECURITY Platform and may direct the User to other applications or websites over which DEDGE SECURITY has no control.

In this sense, DEDGE SECURITY is not responsible for the information contained in these third parties’ links or for any effects that may derive from such information.

Therefore, the inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply endorsement of their contents by DEDGE SECURITY or the existence of any association between DEDGE SECURITY and their owners.

Consequently, the User accesses to this Content under his own responsibility and under the conditions of use that govern them.

8.- Safeguarding and interpretation

This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each of the Users and DEDGE SECURITY.

If the competent authority declares that a provision is illegal, invalid, or inapplicable, such declaration with respect to one or more clauses will be understood without prejudice to the validity of the other clauses.

The fact that DEDGE SECURITY does not require strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Legal Notice does not constitute or can be interpreted in any way as a waiver by you to require strict compliance in the future.

9.- General Information

DEDGE SECURITY will pursue the breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law.
